He is survived by: his wife Susan Smyres of Hutchinson; his daughters, Catherine Miller (Jeff) of Phoenix, AZ, Michelle Vogel (Matt) of Lawrence and Rose Smyres (Chris Glass) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Geoffery Schasteen (Brittany) of Cullman, AL, Ashleigh Schasteen of Springfield, MO, Haley Smyres of Hutchinson, Dalton, Kayden Smyres of Hutchinson and Rylee Glass of Overland Park, KS; his great grandchildren, Luna Howell of Springfield, MO and Jaylie Barksdale of Hutchinson; and his sisters, Elsiann Wilson of Grapevine, TX and Phyllis Hawkinson of McPherson.
