He was predeceased by: his parents, Crecencio M. Mondragon Sr. and Thomasa Mondragon (Lopez); and his siblings, Theresa, Carmen, Margie, Delores and Bennie.

He is survived by: his wife Carmen Rodriguez; his children, Mark Mondragon (Lura) and Michelle East (Aaron); his grandchildren, Matthew Mondragon (Chelsea), Stephen Reagin (Cheyanne), Eisa Mondragon, Macy Mondragon, Braelyn East and Quincy Mondragon; and his great grandchildren, Penny and Maddie Reagin.
