He was predeceased by: his father Everett Lee Neil; and his stepfather George Dewey Lawrence. He is survived by: his mother Alta Faye Lawrence; his wife Sue Neil (Poe); his daughters, Crystal (Justin Frank) and Danna (Matthew Douglas); his grandchildren, Carson Frank (Molly Carlton), Ryker Douglas, Sienna Douglas, Crislyn Frank, Brynlee Frank, Vaughn Douglas and Langdon Douglas; and his stepmother Marilyn Dean Neil.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Elliott Mortuary & Crematory (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
