He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Guy and Esther Alma McGillivray (Withrow); his siblings, Sally McGillivray, Lynne Fox, Doug McGillivray, Don McGillivray and Kayo McGillivray; his son Terry McGillivray; and his grandson Joshua McGillivray.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen McGillivray; and his children, Patricia Augustine (Barry) of Hutchinson, Guy McGillivray (Kathy) of Hutchinson, Leslie Wilds of Yukon, OK, Crystal Hill (Brad) of Palmer Lake, CO, Emporia and Kyle McGillivray (Heather) of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
