It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Welsh of Hutchinson, Kansas, born in Garnett, Kansas, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Welsh and Hester Welsh (Dixon); and his former wife Rebecca Welsh. He is survived by: his husband Harold Sultz; and his close friend Chris Britton. He is also survived by a brother and sister.
