It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Arthur Garrett (Hutchinson, Kansas), who passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Flenoid-Brown and Norma R. Garrett-Butler. He is survived by: his children, Darian Garrett of Missouri, Jasmine Garrett of Alaska, Laticia Garrett, Dylan Garrett, Deon Garrett and Davon Garrett; his siblings, Kevin Jackson, Carlita Flenoid, David O'Neal, Cheriquita Flenoid, Sofia O'Neal, Antonio O'Neal, Carlos O'Neal, Elizabeth "Bebop" Douglas (Tristan) of Florida and Chanah O'Neal-Johnson (Ryan); his grandchildren, Dekaylin Garrett and Legend Garrett; and his stepfather Wayne Butler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and one great nephew.
