He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy O. Bush and Ethel E. Bush (Tucker); his wife Nellie Pearl Allison; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Annette Bush; and his siblings, Earl Bush and Corrine Harper.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Ford; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cushenbery (Travy) of Hutchinson and Travis Ford (Jessica) of Rogers, AR; his great grandchildren, Tayvin Cushenbery, Kyleigh, Sean and Lakyn Ford; and his sister Mary Lou Coen of Elkhart.
