He is survived by: his mother Birdie Louise Biggs; his children, Domnick Meadows, Calvin Neal III, Marcus Meadows, Michael Neal, Juanita Neal, Jasmine Flowers and Kellie Addison; his siblings, Lonnie V. Neal, LaTasha Jackson, Lawonda Neal Stanfield, Charles Woods and Marvin Preston; and his favorite hanging buddy Frantz Stanfield III. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
