He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Lucy Ethel Teague (Darby); his daughters, Annette Hubbs (Lester) and Delilah Davis; his son-in-law Robert Sample; his grandson Kendrick Davis; and his siblings, Henry Casper Teague, James Walter Teague, Ida Mary Teague Harrison and Cora Mae Teague Handy.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Sample of Hutchinson, Gregory Teague (Janet) of Hutchinson, Alice Schmidt of Wichita and Kelly Millett (Chris) of Florida; his son-in-law Tim Davis of Hutchinson; and his brother Frank Teague of Eudora. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Midian Shrine Plane of Mercy, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
