We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2022, at the age of 61, Brenda Purdue (Hutchinson, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Franklin and Erma Lee Reed (Ahrens); her half-brothers, David Reed, Michael and Chad; her close friend Jim; and also Konard Abernathy.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Abernathy (Paula Poseiro), Chad Abernathy (Bonny) and Michelle Abernathy; her granddaughters, Trinity Copeland, Kristen Abernathy, Ashley Abernathy, Taylor Copeland, Emma Abernathy, Teagan Copeland and Kayley Abernathy; her brother Scott Reed; her niece Amanda Reding; her half-siblings, Jerry Reed, Jim Reed, Sandra Reed and Mavis Butters; and her close friend Ernie Graham.
