He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Dowers and Bessie Dowers (Littrell); and his wife Connie. He is survived by: his children, Tammie Cox (Brian) of Lee's Summit, MO, Terry (Pam Shirley) of Hutchinson, Randy (Amy) of Hutchinson and Ricky (Lacy) of Hutchinson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elliott Mortuary (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 9:45 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Elliott Chapel (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
