It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Gene Alumbaugh of Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Alumbaugh and Reva J. Alumbaugh (Fleming); and his siblings, Don, Barbara Meadows and Melinda Huff.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Bernatzki; his daughter Valerie Alumbaugh of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Jason Alumbaugh, Tyler Alumbaugh, Shawn Alumbaugh (Cheyenne) and Sarah Schowalter; and his great grandchildren, Ezra Lee Alumbaugh and Hunter Gene Alumbaugh.
