She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Edna Smith; her husband David VanVerth; her children, Clyde Livingston Sr. and Dorothy Hemphill; and her grandson Tracy Beauchamp.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbi Garoutte; and her grandchildren, Tim Beauchamp (Terrie), Teri Beauchamp, Clyde Livingston Jr., Charles Livingston, Travis Garoutte and Adam Garoutte. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Gentiva Hospice, and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
