She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolla Brader and Nina Brader (Bell); her former spouse Dean Wood; her husband Keith Zody; her son Bart; her son-in-law Mike Henson; and her parents-in-law, Ward, Marie Zody, Sam and Edith Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Henson of Venice, FL, Todd Zody (Carly) of Denver, CO and DeNene Thompson (Ben) of Hutchinson, KS; her grandchildren, Alia Collingwood, Matthew Collingwood of Hutchinson and Hannah Zody Kendrick (Brennan) of Denver, CO; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Noah Collingwood of Hutchinson, KS; and her siblings-in-law, Tom, Donna Coulter of Tonkawa, OK, Richard and Betty Wood of Pittsburg, KS..
In lieu of flowers, Barbara suggested contributions to Trinity United Methodist Church or Wesley Towers Good Samaritan Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
