She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Seymour and Barbara Belle Seymour (Worrell); her husband Dale Jewett; and her siblings, Durward Seymour, Barbara Gardner and Mavis Guthrie.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Jewett of Hutchinson, Kirk Jewett (Carlene) of Longview, TX, Barb Hansen (Todd) of Bixby, OK, Brenda West (Mike) of Hutchinson and Patty Mellinger (John) of Newton; and her grandchildren, Adriane, Scott, Kristin, Kyle, Kendra, Ashley, Kelly, Ryan, Lauren and Courtney. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
