He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jr. Griggs and Joyce Griggs (Kennedy). He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Nicolette Denney (Brian) of Maize, KS and Brett Griggs (Jamie) of Winston-Salem, NC; his brothers, Bryan Griggs and John III Griggs (Stefanie); his grandsons, Austin Denney and Elijah Griggs; and his nephew EJ Griggs.
