She was predeceased by: her father Barry B. Arnett; and her sister Mary Ann Arnett. She is survived by: her mother Mary Margaret Arnett (Trotter); her husband Michael Steven Heath; her children, Tommy W. LaMunyon, Brandi LaMunyon and Corey A. Sherman; her grandchildren, Manana Sherman and Donta LaMunyon; her brother Robert B. Arnett (Jocleyan); her aunts, Patricia Teel and Anita P. Gordee (Jim); and her niece Ella Rose Arnett. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Amy Heath Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
