He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis F. Forkell and Arlene L. Forkell (Westgate); his wife Rosalie "Rose" Vigil; and his siblings, Tom and Linda.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Forkell, Jr. (Amy) of DeKalb, IL and Lisa Marie Forkell of Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Allie Forkell of Manassas, VA, Peyton Brand of Hutchinson, Katie McCullers of Hutchinson, Dylan Forkell of Inman, Nick Stanky of Mississippi and Jason Stanky of Mississippi. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House, Hutchinson, and entrusted to the care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
