He was predeceased by: his father Kenny Humphries. He is survived by: his mother Sally Humphries (McQueen); and his children, Erin Perry, Tasha Humphries, Shantelle Humphries, Tyler Humphries and Steven Humphries. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
