He is survived by: his wife Janet Suszek; his children, Theron Collum II (Heather Jones) of Humboldt, KS, Tim Collum (Kiley McKee) of St George, UT, Teresa Thornhill (Larry Thornhill) of Richmond, KS and Janice Achor (Steve Cox) of Petrolia, KS.; and his stepson Gary Gillespie (Rose).
