He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Elena Heiman; his son Raymond Dean Sinclair; and his siblings, Jackie Eugene Sinclair, Johnny Joe Sinclair, Edward Sinclair, Leon Sinclair and Darles Wall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Fred and Geneva Sinclair (Walden); his daughters, Rebecca Spino (Brad) of Salida, Denise Schomaker (Frank Jr.) of Humboldt and Angie Sinclair of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Justin Sinclair, Jeffrey Sinclair, Jericka Hare (Shane), Emily Petersen (Josh), Alex Piatt, Tory Runnells, Bill Schomaker, Sheila Foster, Faith Spino and William Moulin; and his sisters, Barbara Letsinger of Iola and Shirley Scheer of Iola. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
