She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren McCullough and Violet McCullough (Ewing); her husband Loren Modlin; and her children, Larry Modlin and Cindy Cullison.

She is survived by: her children, James Modlin (Bobbie), Charlotte Slater (Mark), Wanda Foster (Edward) and Randy Modlin (Sheri); and her siblings, Elizabeth Zastrow, Corrine Boeken, Shirley Hines, Joyce Kielen (John) and Virgil McCullough. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren.
