She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Lois Smith; and her brother David Smith. She is survived by: her children, Cody Lassman (Sarah) and Stacy Khouri (George); her grandchildren, Taylor, Ella, Riley, Johnny, Mia and Leo; her brother Stan Smith (Viva); her niece Monica; and her nephew Eric. She is also survived by cousins, great nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Humboldt United Methodist Church (806 N 9th St, Humboldt, KS 66748).
