He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Perez and Pauline Perez (Gutierrez); his daughter Terri Young; and his siblings, Lupe Perez, Raymond Perez and Juanita Donnelly.
He is survived by: his sons, Philip Perez (Tammy) of Moran, KS, Clayton "Lance" Perez (Sandy) of Humboldt, KS and Travis Perez of Greenwood, AR; and his son-in-law Steve Young. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
