Perez of Humboldt, KS; her brother Henry Hernandez of Kansas City, KS.; her grandchildren, Josh Perez, Makala Perez, Caleb Perez, Mikhail Perez, Macy Neely, Madison Perez and Delaney Perez; and her great grandchildren, Porter, Jackson, Rylan, Layla and Rowen.
