He is survived by: his mother Nila Irene Delaney (Waln); his wife JoAnn Delaney of Borger, Texas; his children, Brandon Williams (Evelyne), Anthony Williams of Borger, Christopher Williams and Kendra Williams of Indiana; his siblings, Raymond Delaney Jr., John Delaney and Nancy Fjield-Delaney of Barstow, California.; his mother-in-law Mary Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Martin Phillips (Sherry) of Hugoton, Kansas, Neva Leonard (Michael) of Liberal and Sandra Strickland (Aaron) of Borger, Texas.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
