He is survived by: his mother Nila Irene Delaney (Waln); his wife JoAnn Delaney of Borger, Texas; his children, Brandon Williams (Evelyne), Anthony Williams of Borger, Christopher Williams and Kendra Williams of Indiana; his siblings, Raymond Delaney Jr., John Delaney and Nancy Fjield-Delaney of Barstow, California.; his mother-in-law Mary Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Martin Phillips (Sherry) of Hugoton, Kansas, Neva Leonard (Michael) of Liberal and Sandra Strickland (Aaron) of Borger, Texas.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Robson Funeral Home - Hugoton (314 S Van Buren St, Hugoton, KS 67951). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Assembly of God Church (138 S Main St, Hugoton, KS 67951). A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hugoton Cemetery Cemetery (1424 S Cemetery Rd, Hugoton, KS 67951).
