He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Tackett. He is survived by: his mother Betty Tackett (Sessler) of Ft. Worth, Texas; his sons, Chace Tackett (Kayla) of Daleville and Stormy Tackett of Casper, Wyoming; and his sisters, Carol Clark (Tom) of Ft. Worth and Cheryl Holmes (Glenn) of Grand Junction, Colorado. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
