It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheryl Sue (George) Gray (Hugoton, Kansas), who passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Knox and Norma Louise George (Ireland); her sister Joyce Kay Screws; and her nephew Darren Screws. She is survived by: her brother Donald Dale George; her nephew Travis George; her niece Marcie Potthoff (George); her great-nephew Dylan Potthoff; her great-niece Kayla Keil; her niece Becky (Bill Fussner); and also, Merry (Ray Lai), Leo Lai, Freya Lai, Amanda (Brandon Hatch), Aesir Hatch, Wren Hatch, Thomas (Tempest Mitchell), Brantley Tagtmeyer, Gracelynne Mitchell and Lauren Murphy.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Christian Church (600 S Van Buren St, Hugoton, KS 67951).
