He is survived by: his wife Melanie Swinney of Hugoton, KS.; his children, Dustyn Lynn Swinney of Manhattan, KS. and Marta Coffin-Swinney of Oceanside, CA.; his brothers, Bob Swinney of Odessa, TX. and Don Swinney (Connie); and his siblings-in-law, Glen Hall of Texas and Carol Swinney of Hugoton, KS. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
