He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Bill Gregg; and his sister-in-law Jeanie Lowe. He is survived by: his parents, Darrell Skinner and Virginia Skinner (Hatfield) of Hugoton, KS.; his wife Linda Skinner; his children, CJ Skinner (Marcala) and Shawna Riffel (Laird) of Abilene, KS.; his sister Sheryl Barricklow (Wes); his mother-in-law Berris Gregg of Manhattan, KS.; and his grandchildren, Ava, Eli Skinner, Mackenzie, Madisyn and Spencer Riffel. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established for the Pheasant Heaven Charities.
