He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Herbert and Nora Birch Stoddard (Ferguson); his son Dennis Stoddard; his granddaughter Melissa Estridge; and his siblings, Russell of Ted, JD, Harrold, Pete, Nina Morgan, Opal Richardson, Geneva Bruner and Lavonne Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Stoddard; and his children, Roy Stoddard (Debbie), Cynthia Martin (Ron) of Hugoton and Jill Rodriquez (Richard). He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, nineteen Great Grandchildren, five Great Great Grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established for Heritage Christian Academy and Pheasant Heaven Charities.
