He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Jay Weaver and Edith Weaver (Simon). He is survived by: his wife Doris Weaver; his children, Kenneth Weaver of Meriden, Kansas, Phillip Weaver (Lynda) of Topeka, Kansas, Judy Moody (Rick) of Lakin, Kansas and Sheila Dees (Terry) of Hugoton, Kansas.; and his sister Lois Morelock of McDonald, Kansas.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
