He was predeceased by: his daughter Sherri Hayworth. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Hayworth of Hugoton, KS; his daughter LeAnn Hessman (Gary) of Sublette, KS; his great grandchild Brayden Wiesen; and also, Bradley Ross, Brandi Ross-Wiesen and Cheyenne.
