He is survived by: his wife Rhea Horyna of Moscow, KS.; his children, Brett Horyna (Holli) of Liberal, KS., Krystal Parker of Orlando, FL. and Andrea Cook (Troy); his siblings, Ben Horyna (Cheryl) of Hutchison, KS., Bob Horyna (Brenda) and Jane Schaffer (Robert) of Louisburg, KS.; and his grandchildren, Katie, Bree, Giavanna, Ava, Devyn and Donovan.
A memorial has been established for Moscow United Methodist Church.
