He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Eldon and Leila RossLyne Pate (Taylor); and his sisters, Merle Lee Pate and Leisa Bates. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Pate (Yolileisy) of Midland and Will Pate of Hugoton, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Jeremyah Pate and Aubree Pate; and his brother James Pate (Joni) of Jasper. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Robson Funeral Home - Hugoton (314 S Van Buren St, Hugoton, KS 67951). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Christian Church of Hugoton (600 S Van Buren St, Hugoton, KS 67951). A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hugoton Cemetery Cemetery (1424 S Cemetery Rd, Hugoton, KS 67951).
