She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Kerschen and Catherine Kerschen (Polan); her children, Karla and Lonnie; her siblings, Laura Kerschen, Jean Berning-Schawe and Donnie Kerschen; and her grandchild Lee Bates.

She is survived by: her husband Ralph Sigman of Satanta, KS; her children, Damian Sigman (Johanna) of Woodland Park, CO, Gina Banuelos (Jorge) of Holdrege, NE and Robin Sunderland (Wade); her siblings, James Kerschen (Kathy) of Wichita, KS, LeRoy Kerschen (Carolyn), Thomas Kerschen (Nora), Joseph Kerschen (Paula), Dale Kerschen (Barbara), Lorena Forrest (Steve) of Wichita, KS and Mary Winter (Ken); and her grandchildren, Cody McGehee (Nicole) of Pampa, TX, Dakota McGehee and Jorge Jr..

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for USD 507 Food Pantry.
