He was predeceased by: his parents, Orpha L. Leonard (Hankins) and Clarence Leonard; his daughter Melynda "Mendy" Leonard Graves; and his nephew Marlon Parker. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Leonard (Perry); his children, Michael Leonard (Neva) of Liberal, KS., Scott Nordyke (Michelle) of Kansas City, MO., Derrick Nordyke of Hugoton, KS., Shellina "Shelly" Shearer (Brian) of Brazil, IN. and Malissa Hicks (Tom) of Phoenix, AZ.; and his sister Carol Leonard of Hugoton, KS.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established for Pheasant Heaven Charities and/or My Father's House Church.
