She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd James and Ruby Eliza Pennington (Owens); her husband Gene; her sons, Richard and Russell Dill; and her siblings, Robert Pennington, Charles Pennington, Roy Pennington, Jim Pennington, Ralph Pennington, Dick Ashcraft, Mildred Irene and Etta Jean Darnall.

She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Dill of Hugoton; and her grandson Ry Nash Dill of Austin.

A memorial has been established for Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, in care of Robson Funeral Home, PO.
