She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Mills and Stella Mae Mills (Cameron); her husband Lenard Norton; and her siblings, Thomas Mills, Raymond Mills, Burl Mills, Don Mills, Katherine Thomas and Sharon Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Norton of Moscow, KS., John Norton (Luly), Lynne Fink (Mike) of Moscow, KS., Vicki Gaskill (Glen) and Linda Shaddix (John); and her siblings, Pete Mills of Wilburton, OK. and Edna Dugger (Gary) of Houston, TX.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established for Moscow United Methodist Church or Pheasant Heaven Charities.
