He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Melvin Creamer Sr. and Pauline Margaret Creamer (Ives); and his sisters, Roseann, Charlene, Sheila, Janice and Jo.
He is survived by: his wife Sallie Creamer of Hugoton, KS.; his sons, Anthony Lynn Creamer (Tracy), Charles Melvin Creamer III (Jennifer) and Scott Wayne Creamer; his siblings, Larry Creamer (Bonnie), Roy Creamer (Phyllis), Sharon Butler of Moreland, OK., Shirley Mitchell and Robin Hawkins; and his siblings-in-law, Lottie Roth (Tom Ventris) of Perkins, OK., Kathy Littlefield and Mike Littlefield of Grand Junction, CO.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for the Assembly of God Church.
