With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Norton (Hugoton, Kansas), born in Tupelo, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 10, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie M. Bullard and Ruby Bullard (Jennings); her husband Omar Norton; and her daughter Melinda Boswell. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Stoddard (Roy) of Hugoton, KS., Vonda Gill (Steve) and Jan Morris (Tony Knopp) of Dighton, KS.; and her sister Donnitta Plowman (Richard) of Larned, KS.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for Moscow United Methodist Church.
