She is survived by: her husband Charles; her sons, Steve Forward of Hugoton, KS. and Robert Forward (Debbie) of Satanta, KS.; and her grandchildren, Kevin Christenson (Lori), Clint Forward (Erin), Stevie Forward (Amanda) and Bryce Forward (Ellen). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
