He is survived by: his wife Amparo Pando of Rolla, KS.; his children, Eduardo Pando (Norma) of Dodge City, KS., Jorge Pando, Karla Henke (Jason) of Wichita, KS. and Patricia Cutting (David); and his siblings, Homero Pando (Socorro) of Rolla, KS., Enrique Pando (Emma), Magdalena Pando (Mario), Mexico, Socorro Williams (Brian), Rosa Borunda (Jeronimo) and Lucy Almanza (Alfredo). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established for the family.
