He was predeceased by: his parents, Code Henry and LewElla Dean Hall (Anderson); his former wife Vickie; and his siblings, George Hall and Marilyn Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sheffield of Hugoton, KS.; his children, Christopher Hall (Rebecca) of Tulsa, OK., James Hall (Susan) of Owasso, OK. and Toni Easterwood (Bob) of Rolla, KS.; his brothers, Glen Hall of Sulphur Springs, TX. and Roger Hall (Gloria) of Dodge City, KS.; and his stepchildren, Joseph Sheffield of Douglas, KS., Jolenna Woods of League City, TX. and Michelle Sheffield (Kyle Rutledge) of Calhan, CO.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two step grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established for Pheasant Heaven Charities and Forewinds Golf Course.
