She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas; her grandson Austin Harper; and her siblings, Shirley Ann and John Decamp. She is survived by: her parents, Wayne William and Shirley Ann Decamp (Fulkerson); her children, Barry Wayne Harper (Nanine), Brian Thomas Harper (Aymee) and Kerry Jeanette Hittle; her siblings, Bill Decamp (Carolyn), Eileen Gregg of Hugoton, KS. and Linda Ceilley (Bernie) of Vero Beach, FL.; and her grandchildren, Kelsey, Jessica, Aysia, Keely, Brooklynn and Sawyer. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established for Pheasant Heaven Charities.
