He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Johnson and Mary Ann Miller (Wells); and his stepfather Milton Edward "Shark" Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Wiley (Robert) and Kelly Hood; and his brothers, Edward A. Miller (Sherry) and Mike Miller. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
