He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Evans and Jerry Lowry Evans. He is survived by: his wife Cara L. Jones; his children, Harley Evans, Brady Evans, Zack Evans and Porcha Evans; and his brothers, Jody Evans and Jeremy Evans. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
