He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Lowrey and Elsie Lowrey (Cooper); his siblings, Etta Hubbard, Elva Jean Walker and Jerry Lowrey; and his brothers-in-law, Claude Campbell and Mike Campbell.
He is survived by: his spouses, Nancy Phillips and Sue Lowrey; his sister Linda Anderson; his sister-in-law Nona Lowrey of Hutchinson; his children, Pam Rios of Topeka, Steven Lowrey (Julie) of Shawnee, Tamra Nincehelser (Todd), Terry Joy (Chris) of Topeka and Tracy Joy (Holly) of Ardmore, OK; and his brother-in-law Donnie Campbell of Meriden. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
