He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred C. and Nellie Myers Ramage; his son Johnny M. Ramage; and his sister Carol Fitzsimmons. He is survived by: his spouse Verna Anderson; and his children, Janice Matchie (Roland), Holton Terry, Patricia Terry (Paul), Silver Lake, Michael Ramage (Carrie), Topeka Ramage and Dennis Ramage. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
