He is survived by: his wife Karen Batey; his children, Chris Johnson and Amanda Barta (Jared); his grandchildren, Brennan Johnson, Grady Johnson, Chantz Barta, Avery Barta and Trevi Barta; his sister Ann Ubert (Gary); his sister-in-law Suzanne Thompson; his niece Sara Haldeman Smith (Clint); his nephews, Danny Ubert (Jaclyn) and Greg Thompson (Pam); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mitchell Thompson, Nathan Thompson, Carter Smith, Summitt Ubert, Angelia Ubert, Chiara Ubert and Bellina Ubert.
